Extra Chapter 35: Unfettered Journey Part 6

As the first light of dawn crept into the tent, faint rustling sounds began to filter in from outside. Meng Changge rolled over, her gaze landing on the woman lying peacefully beside her.

How can she sleep so soundly?

Even though they had confessed their feelings last night, nothing had happened after they returned to the tent after watching the flowers bloom. Meng Changge, of course, tossed and turned all night, too excited to sleep. But the esteemed Sea Empress had acted as if nothing had happened, simply saying goodnight before falling asleep in her clothes.

Her nonchalant attitude made Meng Changge wonder if she was overreacting. Otherwise, was she the only one unable to sleep, her mind racing with thoughts?

Lost in thought, Meng Changge sighed softly, gently touching Lan Yuan’s soft hair.

“It seems like I’m the only one who’s happy.”

Just then, the mermaid murmured and turned her head, resting her cheek in her palm. “Hmm… what time is it?”

Meng Changge paused, replying softly, “The sun hasn’t risen yet.”

“Then it’s still early,” Lan Yuan murmured, turning over and resting her head on Meng Changge’s shoulder. “Let’s sleep a little longer.”

Her drowsy, husky voice was so close to Meng Changge’s ear that it sent a shiver down her spine. Heat bloomed across her neck, and her eyes began to feel warm again.

Oh no.

Meng Changge quickly tilted her head back, blinking rapidly as she tried to subtly shift toward the edge of the bed. But an arm suddenly wrapped around her waist. “Where are you going…”

Meng Changge froze, then forced herself to sound calm. “I’m going to feed my horse some grass.”

After she spoke, the person in her arms fell silent. Meng Changge peeked down and saw that Lan Yuan had closed her eyes again, seemingly asleep.

Is she that tired?

After a moment of hesitation, Meng Changge suppressed the strange sensations in her body and reached out to hug her. “Then… then let’s sleep a little longer.”

She was determined to stay by Lan Yuan’s side, but after a while, the mermaid lazily opened her eyes, yawned, and sat up. “Never mind, I’m not sleeping anymore.”

“What’s wrong?”

“What do you think is wrong?” Lan Yuan glanced at her. “Your heartbeat is too loud.”

Meng Changge’s face immediately flushed red. “It’s not like I want to… cough, as you said, it’ll take a few tries to get used to it.”

“But you still cried every time I kissed you last night, even after so many times.”

“That’s… that’s not something you can get used to in a day or two. Besides, we only kissed…”

“Only?” Lan Yuan interrupted, her tone teasing. “If kissing isn’t enough, what else do you want to do?”

Meng Changge was stunned. This time, even her earlobes turned red. “I didn’t think about anything!”

“Ha.” Lan Yuan crossed her arms, looking smug. “I know what you’re thinking. There’s no need to be shy. If you want it, just say so. I’ll definitely satisfy you.”

Something about those words didn’t sound right. Meng Changge frowned, looking at her suspiciously. “Are you good at that kind of thing?”

“What’s there to be good at? Isn’t it just sex?” As she spoke, several transparent tentacles emerged from behind the mermaid, affectionately touching Meng Changge’s bare wrist and wrapping around it. “As long as… uh, don’t squeeze!”

Meng Changge was startled and quickly pulled her hand away. “What’s wrong?”

Lan Yuan swiftly retracted her tentacles, a faint blush appearing on her face. “Nothing.”

“Are you sure? Your…”

“Enough,” the woman interrupted, her voice suddenly fierce. She knelt up, pushing her down onto the bed. “What’s so difficult about it? Even without that thing, I can satisfy you myself.”

Meng Changge was pushed onto the bed in a daze. After a moment of thought, she finally realized what she meant. “That thing… would you feel anything if I touched it?”

Lan Yuan paused in the middle of pulling off Meng Changge’s clothes. “No.”

“But…”

As if unwilling to hear more, the mermaid leaned down and clumsily sealed Meng Changge’s lips with her own. Meng Changge’s eyelashes fluttered, her nose filled with Lan Yuan’s intoxicating scent, and warmth pooled in her eyes. “Lan… Lan Yuan…”

“Don’t talk,” Lan Yuan mumbled, biting her lip in annoyance. “Just leave it to me.”

With that, Meng Changge obediently lay still as her clothes were removed one by one, and cool palms pressed against her bare stomach. The woman couldn’t help but let out a soft moan, curling her legs up and shrinking back in embarrassment. But after waiting for a long time, the person on top of her didn’t move.

She couldn’t help but lift her eyes and find the mermaid kneeling on her waist, her face serious, her hand hovering in the air but not making any further moves.

After a moment of silence, Meng Changge asked tearfully, “…Do you not know how to do this?”

Lan Yuan was shocked, her eyes widening instinctively. “Who said I don’t know? I… I’m just not very familiar with the steps since it’s my first time…”

Amidst her flustered explanation, the woman chuckled and propped herself up, leaning down to kiss her lips. “It’s okay. There are no standard steps for this kind of thing. Just follow your heart.”

Lan Yuan blinked. “Really?”

“Really,” Meng Changge said with a smile, gently stroking Lan Yuan’s neck. “Don’t be nervous. It’s both of our first times. We can take it slow.”

“I’m not nervous… mmph.”

As the bright morning approached, Meng Changge pressed the beautiful sea demon into the bed and kissed her tenderly.

Their lips intertwined, and Lan Yuan hummed softly through her nose, her arms instinctively wrapping around Meng Changge’s neck. Once she was pinned beneath the taller woman, Lan Yuan was almost completely enveloped by her. Meng Changge’s body was lean and firm, and as Lan Yuan kissed her, she couldn’t help but reach up and squeeze Meng Changge’s chest. Meng Changge let out a muffled groan, her eyelashes fluttering as tears welled up again.

“You… why are you so mischievous?”

With her sash and clothes undone, Meng Changge’s hands slid up Lan Yuan’s smooth waist and cupped her full breasts. The mermaid in her arms let out a low moan, quickly grabbing Meng Changge’s shoulders and whispering hoarsely, “Be gentle…”

“I am being gentle,” she kissed Lan Yuan’s cheek, her fingertips gently rubbing over the gradually hardening nipples. “Does it feel bad?”

“Hmm…” Lan Yuan frowned, her breath hitching as she arched into Meng Changge’s touch. But her words were still stubborn. “It’s… just okay.”

Meng Changge chuckled, lowering her head to nibble on her neck, leaving a few suggestive love bites before releasing the reddened breasts and sliding down her stomach. “Is there anything different between a mermaid’s here and a human’s?”

Lan Yuan trembled, unable to help but curl her legs up. “Of course, there are differences, but… um, I’m in human form now. What differences would there be?”

“Is that so?” Meng Changge thought for a moment, then pinched Lan Yuan’s trembling stomach before sliding her hand further down. “Where did those tentacles of yours come from?”

Her fingertips stroked down the mermaid’s waist, all the way to her tailbone before slowly returning, as if determined to find the source of those tentacles. Lan Yuan couldn’t help but dig her nails into Meng Changge’s back, her face buried in her neck, now flushed red. “Ah… why are you looking for them?”

“Because they seem… sensitive,” As she spoke, Meng Changge rubbed her lower back again. The mermaid suddenly let out a low moan and squirmed, her movements causing something wet to brush against Meng Changge’s thigh. Meng Changge paused, then experimentally lifted her knee and rubbed against the slick warmth between Lan Yuan’s legs.

“Mm!” Lan Yuan’s body stiffened, and she glared at Meng Changge, her face flushed with embarrassment. “If you’re going to do it, then do it. Don’t tease me here!”

Authors Note:

Yes, the mermaid’s tentacles are sensitive, but it depends on the person. For example, Lan Wu is less sensitive, while her sister is extremely sensitive.
